The course of lipofilling procedure

The lipofilling procedure is nothing more than the transfer of fat from one place to another in order to eliminate defects or equalize symmetry. The fat tissue needed for transplantation is taken from the place where it occurs in excess, most often these are thighs, abdomen, hips ( liposuction procedure )

After sucking out the fat tissue, the doctor injects the fat into the target area using a thin cannula. The incisions are small, the procedure is safe for health and relatively minimally invasive

There are no complications with this type of procedure as with implants or other types of artificial fillers

The procedure is performed under local or general anesthesia (the patient needs to be hospitalized for one day). After the procedure, there may be some minor swelling, redness, or bruising. All of these side effects usually disappear on their own after a few days.

Post-treatment recommendations after lipofilling

In some cases, it is necessary to wear a compression dressing/clothing for about 2 weeks. It is advisable to limit physical activity for about 3 weeks after the procedure (avoid sudden movements and heavy physical exertion). During the first period after the surgery, avoid hot baths, saunas, and solariums.

Lipofilling is a revolutionary procedure involving the transplantation of your own fat tissue. Thanks to it, we are able to shape our figure and improve the contours of our face at the same time. The essence of this procedure is to take fat tissue from one part of the body and transplant it to another.
